Mrs. Mary C. Meyer, 89, died Wednesday at Melrose Hospital.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. John's Catholic Church. The Rev. Cassian Osendorf will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. Friday at Schad Funeral Home, Melrose. Parish prayers will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in Melrose.
Mary Meyer was born Dec 15, 1898, in Melrose to Bernard and Anna (Gramke) Haskamp. She married Meinulf Meyer May 20, 1918, in Meire Grove and the couple farmed near Meire Grove. She was a member of St. John's Parish, St. Mary's Christian Mothers, Rosary Society, Poor Soul's Society, St. John's Catholic Aid Society and Homemakers Club.
Survivors include sons and daughters, Cyril, Mrs. Arthur (Loretta) Miller and Mrs. Allan (Mildred) Bromenshenkel, Sauk Centre; Lawrence, Willmar; Albert and Florence, Meire Grove; Richard, Milaca; Mrs. Ewald (Dolores) Dols, St. Cloud; brothers and sister, Bernard, Sauk Centre; Joseph, Meire Grove; Norbert, Belgrade; Raymond, St. Cloud; Mrs. William (Alvina) Brugh, Waite Park; 29 grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Feb. 22, 1968; son Clarence; brothers and sister, Henry, Anthony, John and Mrs. Rose Wiener; and four great-grandchildren.
