"Escapes One Accident To Be Killed in Another"
Hastings, Neb., Sept. 10. - Escaping unhurt from his automobile which upset in a ditch Saturday evening, Albert Stromer, 32 (sic) years old, was fatally injured by a train an hour later while waiting for a taxicab to come and take him home. After his auto accident he went to the nearest house and telephoned for a cab. Then he went back and laid on the railroad track where it is supposed he fell asleep and was struck by a 11 o'clock Grand Island train.
Stromer died in a hospital here yesterday. He was returning from taking a girl friend home.
