A graduate of Sacred Heart School of Nursing in Manchester, N.H., Mrs. McNally was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, having served as a nurse in the Philippines. She worked as a nurse at New England Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Boston, and as director of nursing at the Robin House in Quincy.
Wife for 36 years of the late John D. McNally, she leaves her children, Ellen M. Grady and her husband, Mike, of Needham and Peter J. McNally of Lakeland, Fla; and her grandchildren, Meaghan and Katie Grady of Needham and three additional grandchildren.
Her funeral was held Thursday, Dec. 21, from the Eaton Funeral Home in Needham, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bartholomew Church in Needham.
Burial with military honors was in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
