Jeff was born on July 26, 1976 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Donald Foster and Jean (Singer) Foster of Poughkeepsie, NY. He graduated from Roy C. Ketchum High School in Wappingers Falls, and was an assembly worker at Taconic DDSO in Poughkeepsie.
Jeff was always happy and full of life, and was seldom seen without a pencil in his hand. He loved swimming, dancing, singing, bowling, going to the movies, 50’s and 60’s music, as well as spiritual music, being a disc jockey, and he was always ready and willing to make a speech. He was a Buffalo Bills fan, and, depending on who was on top, he fluctuated between the Yankees and the Red Sox. In his younger days, Jeff was a Special Olympian and later became a volunteer for the Special Olympics. Jeff was a member of the Immanuel Christian Reformed Church in Wappingers Falls and sang with the church at Elant Nursing Home in Wappingers Falls. He was also a member of the Odyssey Church in LaGrangeville, which is part of the Hopewell Reformed Church.
He is survived by his loving mother, Jean, who was his world; his sister Beth (Michael) Debyah of Weymouth, MA; his nephew, Alexander, and his niece, Zoe; his aunts, uncles, and wonderful cousins; and many friends. Jeff is predeceased by his father and his grandparents.
There are no calling hours, but friends are invited to the graveside service in Beekman Cemetery, Poughquag, NY on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at 10 AM.
