Born November 30, 1936 in Pekin to Guy Roy and Florence Margaurite (Hinningsman) Combs, she married Kenneth E. Bice on July 25, 1955 in Blue Ridge, GA. He survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Dianne (Donald) Lairson of Green Valley, IL; one son, Delbert (Connie) Bice of Deer Creek, IL; and three grandchildren, Joshua McFarland of Manito, IL, Heather (Jarrod) Flynn of Pekin, IL, and Zeke Bice of Creve Coeur, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one granddaughter, Heidi Marie Bice; and one brother.
Norma had worked as a meat wrapper for 30 years, last working for Thompson Food Basket in Pekin, IL.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Norma enjoyed quilting, crocheting, knitting, gardening and traveling. She loved her shelties.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m., Thursday at Finch-Cochran Funeral Home in McCaysville, GA. Her graveside service will follow at Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens in Blue Ridge, GA.
