Joe is preceded in death by his wife Wanda and his parents.
He is survived by his brothers Bill (Ann) Clay and Rick (Liz) Clay, his daughter Rhonda (David) Robinson, grandchildren Krystin and Corey Robinson, and his nephews Chris, Brad, Brian, and Dustin Clay.
A service will be conducted on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11am
