William Seibert (sic), of Waynesburg, well known oil driller and contractor, died in the Mercy hospital, Pittsburgh, Friday, November 28. He was aged 65 years. Mr. Seibert (sic) was a son of William H. (sic) and Charlotte Benniger (sic) Seibert (sic), and was born November 1, 1865, in Armstrong county, Pa. He had resided in Waynesburg for a number of years and was actively engaged in drilling in the oil and gas fields in this county. Beside his wife he leaves two daughters, Mrs. George Inghram (sic) and Mrs. E. B. Lippencott, both of Waynesburg. The funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock, conducted by Dr. McLeod Harvey. Interment in Oakmont cemetery.
