Terry Ann Decker, 51, died Sunday at her home after a long illness.
Mrs. Decker was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School and had worked at Bank One for several years. She was a member of American Business Women's Association, Agenda Club and Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, John; two sons, Christopher and Scott Simerly; a step daughter, Melissa Decker; a stepson, Ryan Decker; and several half sisters and half brothers and her birth mother.
