Her funeral service was held on Saturday October 22, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Hardaway MB Church (Michigan City, MS) with Reverend Leo Echols in charge. Burial was in the Church Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.

Bobbie professed her love and belief in Jesus Christ at an early age to become a member of Hardaway MB Church in Michigan City, MS. She was married to Larry Boyd and during that union they gave birth to three beautiful children.

Bobbie was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. In addition to her children, Kimberly (Alexander) Fuller, Patrick (Carmen) Boyd, and Shannon (Evita) Boyd, grandchildren, Chrislyn Boyd, Brayden Boyd, Caitlyn Boyd, and Jonathon Boyd; brothers, Eddie (Katie Mae) Smith, Jerome Smith, Herbert (Jo Ann) Smith, Enloe (Dorothy) Smith, Wayne (Jackie) Woody, and Herbert (Randian) Perkins; sisters, Sherry (Jimmy) Peterson, Dorothy (Willie) Mason, Shirley (Sammy) Anderson, Mayflower Smith, Udessa (Darrell) DeShield, and Judy Smith as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends to cherish her memories.
