Mr. Michael “Mike” Thomas Spence, Sr., age 65, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. He was born July 15, 1951.
Mr. Spence was a resident of Florala, Alabama moving from DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He was Baptist by faith. He graduated from Walton High School in 1969. He worked as a carpenter in construction for many years before retiring.
Mr. Spence is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Ricky Spence and one sister Yvonne Spence.
Mr. Spence is survived by his loving wife June Spence of Florala, Alabama; four sons Tommy Spence, Reggie Spence, Ricky Spence, and Michael Spence and wife Deonna, all of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and four grandchildren Ricky Dale Spence, Lila Spence, Addison Spence, Dylan Spence and McKenzie Clark.
Visitation services will be held 1:00~2:00 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel ; 230 Park Avenue, DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Joel Glenn officiating.
