Lorinda Ellen Durant, age 33,was born April 15, 1983 in Talihina, OK the daughter of Mitchell Ray Durant and Dorothy Belle (Samis) Durant and had lived all of her life in Boswell.
Her father preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Cory Durant.
Lorinda was a lover of life and children. She began her studies with early childhood and put that to use in raising her daughter and providing support for her niece and nephew. She tried to always be at games from basketball to soccer and band for them all.
In her quiet times she would enjoy music, television, talking with family, and her love for chickens and all they do. Her laughter a giggle most times would always fill the place when she was around. Most will miss this. She was a believer in God and the power to heal which has strengthened her throughout her life.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE: companion, Ignacio Ramirez of Boswell, OK; daughter, Isabel Durant of Boswell, OK; her mother, Dorothy Durant of Boswell, OK; sister, Kimberly Impson and husband, Chris of Calera, OK; and half sister Janice White-Durant of Grant, OK along with many other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: the family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 P.M., Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home, 921 Hunter Avenue, Boswell, OK
