Her name is written in the family bible as Ursula Cirena Carter,
Acording to the McCurry family bible, in Joseph F. A. McCurry's handwriting ; His first wife's name was Ursula Cirena Carter daughter of Benjamin Carter.Marriage records from Tennessee states her name as Ciller Cirena Carter. McCurry family bible under marriages, state her name as Jorsper F.A. McCurry and Cyllar Cirena Carter were married 9th day of May 1861. We have concluded that her name was really Ursula Cirena Carter. She is buried at Cheyenne Wells Colorado and is only marked as Mrs. McCurry.

Marriage records from Tennessee list her name as Cillar Cirena Carter ?
The McCurry family bible under marriages list her name as Cyllar Cirena Carter ?

Her Obituary appeared in Cheyenne Wells Gazette on May 19th,1888 as Priscilla Cirena McCurry.
She originally was buried on the family homestead and later moved to the Fairview cemetery.
