Roger passed away at 11:00 p.m. on Thursday at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
He was a maintenance worker for the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Survivors include two sons, David, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Michael of Bloomfield,two grandchildren; two brothers, Dan and David, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby, an infant twin sister and his parents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday August 30, at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday and one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Switz City Cemetery.
