Jane was a graduate of Fresno Technical High School. She met her husband of 39 years, Robert A. Hansen, a United States Army Air Corp 2nd Lieutenant, while he was stationed in Fresno during WWII. They remained in Fresno to be near family and to raise their two children, Roger and Judi. During this time Jane worked at the Hacienda and later at PartyTips.
