Justin He was born to Richard Burt and Annette Novotny and graduated from Weld Central High School in 2012. He married Katie Hester on September 14, 2013 in Brighton. Justin had helped his grandfather in a trailer salvage business for many years and then in 2012 opened his own salvage business, JT Burt Semi-Trailer Salvage and Sales. For the last few months he had helped his grandfather operate The Beaver Dam Bar & Grill in Denver. Justin also loved working on his trucks and enjoyed big game hunting. He was a devoted husband and father who truly loved his daughter and was looking forward to the birth of his second daughter. Survivors beside Katie included: his mother Annette (Dave) Peters of Roggen; grandparents Mary Pearman of Lochbuie, and Gary Novotny in Arizona; grandparents Judy and Ed Hazen of Brighton; and daughters Jaeda and Laila Burt, Roggen. Preceding was his father in 1993. Visitation held October 20th at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton. Memorial Service followed October 21st at Community Baptist Church, 15559 County Road 2 in Brighton.
