PHILLIPS , JEFF A., 72, of Louisville, died on Wednesday at Alliant Medical Pavilion.
He was retired from the U.S. Army and Civil Service and a veteran of the Korean Conflict and two tours of Vietnam. He was a member of the Valley View Church, VFW Post 1170, Middletown, past state commander of VFW and past National Council member of VFW and Valley Masonic Lodge #511.
Survivors include wife, a daughter, three sons, two sisters, four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the W.G. Hardy Valley Chapel with entombment in Bethany Mausoleum. Visitation will be 3-8p.m. on Friday. VFW service will be at 7 p.m. on Friday. Contributions to Valley View Church in lieu of flowers.
