Johnny Lewis Gregory, 54, of Statesville, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016.
Born in Mountain City, Tennessee on June 12, 1962, he was the son of the late Johnny Gregory and Phyllis June Adkins Brown, of Clintwood, Virginia, who survives. Lewis was ready to help anyone with anything, and was a friend to many.
In addition to his mother, he is further survived by one daughter, Anna Gregory of Troutman; one brother, Daniel Whitacre and wife Holly of Georgia; three sisters, Vickie Morrison and husband Tony of Statesville, Debbie Gregory of Clintwood, VA, and Karen Keesee and husband Tom of Statesville; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Crestview Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 4:00 PM with Rev. Lloyd Jarvis. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
