Walter "Scotty" Goodfellow - A former Ayr resident, Walter "Scotty" Goodfellow of 11 Osborne Street, Cambridge passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, September 4th. He was in his 85th year. Mr. Goodfellow was retired from Newlands Textiles Inc., Cambridge after 30 years and was a member of Calvary Mennonite Church, Ayr. Beloved husband of Agnes Love; dear father of Marlene (Mrs. Charles Struthers) of Kitchener; dear brother of Thomas of Woodstock and Mary (Mrs. Ray Minshall) of Woodstock. Also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Rested at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, Cambridge until Friday, then to Calvary Mennonite Church, Ayr, where a service was held on Friday afternoon. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
