Mr. Burns died on Tuesday at his residence. He was a Maintenance Worker for Amoco Chemical Company prior to his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Prince Elmo Burns and Sally Hendrix Burns; two brothers John Burns and Rural; two sisters Twillie Hill and Peggy Harris.
