Joseph T. Bowler, 90, of Kennedy Township, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2016.

He was the beloved husband of the late Mary Ann (Ryan) Bowler; father of Joanne (Tom) Hershey and Diane (Ray) Marino; grandfather of Tara (Steve) Saunders, Ryan Hershey, Gina (Jason) Van Jura, and Lou and Juliana Marino; and great-grandfather of Charlie Saunders.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at William F. Conroy Funeral Home, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden.

Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Malachy Church, Kennedy Township.

Interment will be in Holy Souls Cemetery with full military honors.

Joe was a WW II Naval veteran, serving in the Pacific on the U.S.S. LST 639.

He was a retired Port Authority bus driver with more than 30 years of service.
