Charlotte Frances Macon Carroll passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 in Tucson, Arizona. She was born in Macon, Georgia on January 22, 1922, daughter of the late Robert Vann Macon and Elizabeth Young Macon.

She was preceeded in death by her husband Charles Talmadge Carroll, her daughter Sylvia Elaine Carroll, brothers Robert Earl Macon, David Macon, Thomas Nathaniel Macon, and her sister Sarah Elizabeth Macon.

She is survived by her daughter Margaret Virginia Carroll (Robert Brown); grandchildren Richard Anthony Lopez (Diana), Van Allen Palmer, and Julia Lynn Palmer Hesler (Stephen); great-grandchildren Cassandra Lynn Rutledge Martin (Joshua) and Savannah Leigh Rutledge White (Kyle); great great-grandchildren Buck Wrangler Martin and Ellia June White, and many nieces and nephews.

She will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge, Georgia.
