Rodger Darrell "Bitty" Mize, 41, of Big Spring, died on Thursday, February 24, 2005, at his residence.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 28, 2005 at Mt. Olive Memorial Park with Rev. Don Snipes, pastor of Baptist Temple Church, officiating.The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.

He was born on October 16, 1963, in Sweetwater, Texas.

Rodger was a lifetime resident of Big Spring and had worked at the Big Spring State Hospital and at the Wood Living Centers for several years.

He loved his dogs and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Wanda and Virgil McGee of Big Spring; two sisters, Starla Ayala and husband, Adrain, and Cindy Mize all of Big Spring; two nephews and four nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rodger Mize in 1996.

The family suggest memorials to the charity of choice.
