Eva Francis, daughter of Henry and Leah (Bowman) Baer, was born in Mannheim, Ontario, May 15, 1886; died at K-W Hospital, Kitchener, Ontario, August 23, 1984; aged 98 years.
She was married to John Francis, who survives.
Also surviving are 2 daughters (Violet - Mrs. Cecil Cressman and Grace - Mrs. Carl Cressman), 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by one son (John) and one grandson.
She was a member of First Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on August 25, in charge of Brice Balmer.
Interment in First Mennonite Cemetery.
