BAGWELL, JERRY DONALD, age 67, lifelong resident of Corner, AL, died November 2, 2003. He was a lifelong Farmer and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Corner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Lucille Bagwell and brother, Jimmy Bagwell.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Shelba Mayfield Bagwell; three sons, Tim (Pam) Bagwell, Terry (Donna) Bagwell, Tommy (DeAnna) Bagwell all of Corner; brother, Jack (Dot) Bagwell; eight grandchildren, Kim Bagwell, Brian Bagwell, Trey Bagwell, Kaitlyn Bagwell, Katie Rac Wilson, Haley Bagwell, Susanna Bagwell and Caroline Grace Bagwell; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at New Horizon Memorial Chapel, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Corner. Dr. Sammie Reid and Rev. Doug Tate officiating. Visitation will be held Monday night from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home. New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home directing.
