Singer, Songwriter and Television Personality. Burns will best be remembered as one of the founding members of the 1980s band 'Dead or Alive', which had a huge hit with their 1985 single "You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)". The band would go on to release several albums, including 'Sophisticated Boom Boom' (1984), 'Youthquake' (1985), 'Nude' (1989), 'Fragile' (2000) and 'Evolution: The Hits' (2003), but they would never repeat the success of "You Spin Me Round", which was a top-10 hit in several countries and remains a staple in dance clubs and on radio stations worldwide. Burns, who would become known for the many surgeries to transform his appearance, appeared on several TV shows, most notably 'Celebrity Big Brother 4' in 2006 and 'Celebrity Botched Up Bodies' in 2016. Burns died of an apparent massive heart attack.
