Steven Troy "Steve" Wiley was born July 22, 1963 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Troy and Margie (Barnes) Wiley. He grew up in Tulsa, graduating from East Central High School. At age 12, Steve began working alongside his uncle to learn the trade of transmission rebuilding and repair. This was a career path that he enjoyed and would continue for the rest of his life, working much of this time with his brother, Tony through their business – Broken Arrow Transmission.
In 1995, Steve married Mary Susan Wiley in Harrisonville, Arkansas. The two had a passion for Native American artifacts, which adorned their home, and also for Native American jewelry, which they loved to create and gift to their family and friends.
The life of any get-together, Steve was well-liked by all who knew him as he was quick to adapt to any situation. A skilled pool shark, he also enjoyed being outdoors on a motorcycle or nearby a barbeque grill creating something delicious to eat.
Steve leaves behind his beloved family to cherish his memory. Those who survive him are: his father and mother, Troy and Margie Wiley and his brother, Tony Wiley.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Mary Susan Wiley in 2015 and his sister, Lavonne Wiley in 1982.
