Word has been received of the death of a former Oshkosh resident, Mrs. Adeline E. Anderson, 82, on Monday at St. Francis Hospital, La Crosse.
She was born March 31, 1896, in Omro, the daughter of John and Melvina Cundy. She was married to Lynn Anderson, Dec. 19, 1919. He preceded her in death in 1958.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, LaCrosse and Saint Cecilia Women's Group.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Ross, La Crosse; two sons. Merle, Oshkosh and Clifford, California; 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held in La Crosse, with Dickenson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Friends may call at Trinity Episcopal Church, Oshkosh, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh.
