Juanita Trevino Navarro, 79, of Crosbyton passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 in Lubbock. Juanita was born on December 1, 1936 in Campbellton, Texas to Luis and Tomasa (Saldivar) Trevino. She married Ignacio Navarro Sr., who preceded her in death on October 5, 2007.

Juanita was a seamstress, a huge Dallas Cowboy fan, and an avid gardener. She loved her three precious dogs -Tiny, Pee Wee, and Sissy. Juanita was fun-loving and adored having family gatherings and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Luis and Tomasa Trevino; her husband Ignacio Navarro Sr.; her grandson; Randy Pena; four brothers and one sister.

Those left to cherish her memory are her four daughters; Carrie Pena, Vickie Guerrero, and Mary Lou Martinez all of Lubbock; Patsy Reyna of Borger; her three sons; Gilbert Navarro and Frank Navarro Sr. both of Crosbyton; Ignacio Navarro Jr. of Wichita Falls; her two sisters; Mary and Olivia; her friend; Miguel Burnett; twenty-one grandchildren; and fifty-three great-grandchildren.

A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Calvario Baptist Community Church in Crosbyton. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Calvario Community Baptist Church, with burial following in Crosbyton Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton.
