Mrs. Gray was born March 13, 1936 in Walton. She is the daughter of the late Earl and Esther (Henderson) Jenkins.
She married Clair R. Gray, Jr. on July 25, 1952, he passed away on June 21, 2002.
Mrs. Gray was employed for several years in the housekeeping department at Country Side Care Center in Delhi.
Earline enjoyed her family, cooking, sewing and being around people. She was very proud of her seven daughters, sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved everyone.
She is survived by daughters: Joanne Johnson of Walton, Penny (Donald) Stanton of Arkansas, Debra (James) Constable of Trout Creek, Robin (Ed) Sprague of Walton, Kathy Kelsey of Tennessee , Jackie (Willard) Cole of Tennessee and Terrina (Rob) Latourette of Oneonta; three sisters: Joyce Mack of Maryland, Sandra Gray of Walton and Gail Furgason of Unadilla; seventeen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews & cousins.
Besides her husband, Earline was predeceased by her granddaughter, Kelly Cole and a great-grandson, Cole Merwin.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm on Monday, October 25 at Walton Cemetery, Fancher Avenue, Walton, with Rev. Jennifer Kimball officiating.
