Sandra Elizabeth "Sandy" Berry, 64, Oak Grove, died at 3:40 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Blanchfield Army Hospital following a short illness.


Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Lamb Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike McCauley officiating.


Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.


A native of Wynne, Ark., she was born Dec. 16, 1951, the daughter of the late Leroy Fought and May Bell Russell Fought. She was a homemaker.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Anita Cheryl Berry, and Edna Marie Lopez.


Survivors include her husband, Tom Berry; her daughters, Katheryn Elizabeth Payett, Glasgow and Yvonne Lynette Castleberry, Mount Herman; her son, Thomas Glenn Berry, Oak Grove; her sisters, Louise McCoy, Newport News, Va. and Diane Beekley, Winter Haven, Fla.; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
