Nancy A. Dusho (nee Strauser), 58, of Lorain, died Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center in Lorain after a long illness.
Born in Lorain, she had been a lifelong resident. She was a 1966 graduate of Admiral King High School and received her teaching certificate from St. John's College in Cleveland.
Mrs. Dusho had served as a seventh- and eighth-grade English instructor at St. Stanislaus Parish School following graduation from college until 1973. She later served as a substitute teacher at St. Mary of the Lake Parochial School.
She was parishioner of St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church and was active with Amherst Athletic Booster Club at Marion L. Steele High School.
Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Dennis; sons Brian of Boise, Idaho, Jason of Detroit and Jeremy of Lorain; a grandson; her mother, Evelyn (nee Stitak) Strauser of Lorain; and a sister, Mary Ann Bigrigg of Amherst.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Strauser, in 1990.
