Mr. Donald Sikes, age 67, of Corsicana, Texas, died Tuesday, December 19, 2006, at his Residence in Corsicana, Texas.
He was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church. He had a great love for his Lord, Church and Family. He served the Lord in a church that he helped build from the ground up. He Served in the Army.
He is survived by his Wife of 41 years Mrs. Louise Sikes of Corsicana, TX, Son & Daughter-in-law-Duane & Debbie Onstott of Dawson, TX, Daughter-Scharlene Brown of Corsicana, TX, Daughter & Son-in-law-Deborah & Richard Clower of Corsicana, TX, Daughter & Son-in-law-Vickie & Steve Tomlin of Corsicana, TX, Brother-Leslie Sikes of Midlothian, TX, Ten Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren and Numerous Nieces & Nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Parents-Sam & Eula Sikes, Three Brothers & One Sister.
Arrangements are being handled by Corley Funeral Home, Corsicana, Texas, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, December 21, 2006. Funeral service will be at Corley Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Friday, December 22, 2006 , Rev. Harold Scott & Rev. Otis Conner officiating. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana, Texas. Pallbearers will be Clarence Laza, Tom Gallagher, Willard Cox, Paul Moreno, Doug Fraley, Raymond Lewis, Kenneth Brooks, and Willie Blissette.
