REBECCA EMERSON DIES AT PRESTON
Rebecca J. Emerson, 71, mother of C. L. Emerson. 1008 West Eighth, died yesterday at 4:40 a. m. at her home in Preston after a year's illness.
Survivors are the husband, Thurlow Emerson; three other sons, Clarence and Jake Emerson, Picher, and Arvil Emerson, Norwood, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Walter Johnson. Richmond, Va., Miss Helen Harding. Omaha, Neb., and Mrs. Gale Gregory, Tulsa; three sisters, Mrs. Joe Henson, Van Buren, Ark., Mrs. L. L. Griffith, San Benito, Texas, and Mrs. George Kittman, St. Louis, Mo., and a brother, Robert Parks, Talihina.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed it was announced last night at Buchanan funeral home. Pallbearers will be William Culen, E. S. Page, Roscoe Jones, F. F. Kaylor, J. L. McFarland and J. E. Ritts.
