Felix Edward Timmons Jr., 78, of Magnolia, AR passed away Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the John R Williamson Hospice House in El Dorado, AR.

Felix was born August 19, 1938 in Village, AR to the late Felix Edward Sr. and Mattie Lou Pinckard Timmons. He served the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was employed at the Home Cabinet Shop and was a carpenter.

Felix is preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters, Florence Jones, Mary Evelyn Timmons, Velma Timmons Carr, Jerry Timmons, Wendall Timmons, Vernell Timmons, and Gene Timmons.

He is survived by his brothers, Roscoe Timmons and wife Janette of Plain Dealing, LA, Jimmy Wayne Timmons and wife Rosemary of Broussard, LA, and Melvin Timmons and wife Jo Kay of Bloomburg, TX; sisters, Paulette Taylor of Stamps, AR, Jo Ellen Weber of Springhill, LA, and Glenda Ritchie and husband Jerald of Bloomburg, TX; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of friends; and a longtime companion Wanda Phillips of Magnolia, AR.

Graveside services will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at the Mt. Holly Cemetery with Bro. Mike Turner officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home,
Inc. of Magnolia, AR. Visitation will be held Saturday from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
