Holladay, UT-Charles Cecil Bohn was born August 17, 1931 in Salt Lake City, UT to Charles W. and Fredonia (Arthur) Bohn. He passed away on September 24, 2015 in Salt Lake City, UT. Cecil graduated from East High School and received a Bachelors' Degree from the University of Utah in Banking and Finance - where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha. He began working as a golf caddy at the Salt Lake Country Club when he was 12 years old. Cec paid for his college education as a starter at Bonneville Golf Course. He married Diane Willardsen on December 8, 1955 in the Salt Lake temple. The marriage was performed by Elder Harold B. Lee. He started working with computers in their early stage at BMA Data Processing Center. Eventually he went into a partnership known as Computer Associates. He was an avid golfer and won several local amateur golf tournaments. His love of golf eventually led him to an opportunity to be part owner of Glenmoor Golf Course.

He lived a remarkable life of integrity, fairness and unconditional love. He is survived by his wife Diane W. Bohn; children Sharon (Christopher) Laub, Linda (Kent) Carlston, Mary Lou (Carl) Coates, Christine (Michael Schmitt) Bohn; 9 grandchildren; 7 + great-grandchildren, and a sister Lucille A. Hansen.

The family would like to thank the caregivers and staff at Sunrise at Holladay assisted living and the care and friendship of Jorge Zapata.

Funeral services will held Tuesday, September 29 at 11:00 AM at the Valley View 12th Ward building 2125 Evergreen Ave. Friends and family are invited to visit Monday evening September 28 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary 4670 So. Highland Dr., and at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please donate to the LDS Perpetual Education Fund.
