Doys Gene Crain of Seagoville, Texas went home to the Lord on October 19, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh, Texas on September 12, 1930 to Buster C. and Ada Louise (Wells) Crain. He is preceded in death by his parents, 14 siblings and his son Doys Gene Crain Jr. Left with cherished memories is his loving and devoted wife of 64 years, Bobbie; daughter Glenda Miller & husband Richard; daughter Bettie Crane & husband Stanley; son Jerry Crain & Billie; 9 grandchildren; 8 and 2 on the way great grandchildren; sister Geraldine Blackstone & husband Billy and numerous other family loved ones including his four legged companion, Scout. Doys was employed by Dal-Tile for 33 years. He knew everyone there and everyone knew Doys. He enjoyed fishing and family gatherings. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at a visitation 6-8pm Monday October 24 at Roselawn Funeral Home Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Tuesday October 25 at Roselawn Funeral Home.
