She married, before 27 Mar 1357, Sir John De Dinham, 4th Lord Dinham. Their son was Sir John De Dinham, 5th Lord Dinham.
"He [John de Dinham] married Muriel, sister and in her issue coheir of Hugh DE COURTENAY, and elder daughter of Sir Thomas DE COURTENAY, of Woodhuish and Dunterton, Devon, Wootton Courtenay and Cricket Malherbe, Somerset, &c., by Muriel, elder daughter and coheir of Sir John DE MOELS [4th Lord Moels], of Maperton and North Cadbury, Somerset, Kingskerswell, Devon, Over Worton, Oxon, Over Wallop, Hants, &c. She died before 12 August 1369, and was buried in Hartland Abbey. He died, being murdered by robbers, 7 January 1382/3, aged about 64. [_Complete Peerage_, IV:373-4].
