Juanita Henderson Ford, age 86 of Danville, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016. Juanita was born in Griffin, Georgia, and was a member of the Devotie Baptist Church several years ago, but currently resided in Indiana where she was a member of Whitestone Christian Church. Juanita was known for being an accomplished pianist at church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Henry Henderson; sisters, Helen (Lawrence) Melton, Margaret (Owen) Ballew; brothers, Henry (Frances) Henderson Jr., Walter Henderson; her husband, E. William Ford; and son, Terry Ford.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Dave) Clark; granddaughter, Candice Clark; grandson, Andrew (Heather) Ford; four great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ann (George) Ford; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Mrs. Juanita Ford was held in Danville, Indiana on Thursday, January 14, 2016. A visitation will be in Griffin, GA on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
Entombment will be at Westwood Mausoleum.
