Maria Angelina Rocha passed away peacefully on Monday March 28, 2016 at Moss Beach, California surrounded by her family. She was 76 years old and was born in Cinco Ribeiras, Terceira, Azores, and had lived in Half Moon Bay for 43 years.
Mrs. Rocha is survived by her Son- Joe G. Rocha of Half Moon Bay, Daughters- Cecilia Bertão & Husband Manuel Bertão, Bertina Moules & husband Robert Moules, Belina Belo & husband John Belo, all of Half Moon Bay. 6 Grandchildren- Melissa Rosales, Daniel Bertão, Elisabeth Moules, Rebecca Moules, Brian Belo, Britney Belo. 3 Great Grandchildren- Taylyn Bertão, Trent Bertão, Isaiah Rosales. Brothers- Manuel Monteiro, of Hilmar, Evaristo Monteiro of S. Mateus Terceira, Azores, Sisters- Margarida Martins of Red bluff, Rosa Pereira of Riverdale. She was Preceded in Death by her Husband- Domingos Sousa Rocha, July 3, 2015, and her Parents- José & Ludovina Monteiro.
Services: All of the services are held Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Our Lady of The Pillar Catholic Church, 400 Church St., Half Moon Bay, California. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The Rosary will be at 12:30PM and The Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM.
