William Faulkner was born in 1862 in Limerick, Ireland his father William was a British soldier aged 38 and his mother Ann Riedy was 33. William married Annie Jackson on September 21, 1890, in St Pancras, Middlesex. They had 13 children in 19 years. He died in London, at the age of 86 and was buried on 15 September 1948 at St. Pancras & Islington Cemetery, East Finchley in a public (paupers) grave No.590 Plot 64. Wife Annie is buried in the same cemetery, also in a paupers grave.
