Miss Dollie McGirr
Dollie Alice McGirr, who resided at the Allegany Inn, died yesterday afternoon at Sacred Heart Hospital where she had been a patient since January 2. She had been in ill health for several years. A native of Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Catherine McGirr. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and was a retired seamstress at Rosenbaum's Store, where she had worked 43 years. She is survived by three nieces, Mrs. Esther Schmitt, Indianapolis, Ind., and Mrs. Nellie Schafer and Mrs. Gertrude Perchinske, both of Cleveland, Ohio. The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home where the family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The Sodality of St. Patrick's Church will recite the rosary tomorrow at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
