William G. Briggs, 86, died this morning. He was born Oct. 19, 1884, in Wisconsin, the son of William and Alfreda Briggs. As a young man he moved to the Flathead Valley where he had been engaged in woodwork much of his life.
He was a single man and for the last several years had resided in the Flathead County Nursing Home. He is survived by one brother, Klondike Briggs, Kalispell.
Funeral services will be at Johnson Chapel. Burial in Demersville cemetery.
