Eldest son of the union of Moses Carmen Richburg and Opal Christene Collier. Married Veronica Kleczka on Septembeer 2, 1979. Had two daughters, Paula and Jennifer McDonald. He attended the Texas School for the Deaf. His professional career was spent in the Dry Cleaning Industry. He managed the Palace Cleaners in Roswell, NM. Worked for Levi Strauss & Co, as well as Albertson. He was a resident of Ector County for 22 years. He volunterred his time at the Northside Senior Citizens Center. Was cherished by many of his friends in the deaf community. He died from complication during heart related surgery.
