Born in Clay County Tennessee at home. He was the son of the late Marshall Cornell and Mable Claudine Gray Webb.

He was a farmer and member of the South Edmonton Church of Christ.He is survived by his wife Patty Ann Webb of Edmonton, KY, and the following:•Five sons: Edward Howard (Rhonda) Webb and Christopher Shane (Melissa) Webb all of Indiana; and Tony Cook, Johnny Webb and Jimmy Webb all of Cumberland County, KY

•One brother Jessie James (Betty) Webb of Celina, TN

•And a half brother Robin (Carol) Sharpe of Cumberland County, KY

•A brother in law: Carl (Caroline) Scott of Burkesville, KY

•Ten grandchildren

•And three great grandchildren
