David Lee Piper of Junction City, Kansas passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016 at Valley View Senior Life in Junction City, KS at the age of 70.
David was born in Junction City, KS on November 12, 1945 to Homer Glen and Bonnie Lee (Wright) Piper
David enjoyed playing Bingo, and watching the Kansas City Royals. He worked various jobs throughout his life including, dishwashing, lawn mowing,and general labor, as well as working for Great Lakes in Manhattan, KS.
David was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Junction City, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents Homer and Bonnie Piper.
Funeral Services are planned for Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Faith Lutheran Church in Junction City, KS Pastor Michael Brecke will offiate. A meal and burial will follow the service. Burial will be at the Highland Cemetery in Wakefield, KS.
Memorials may be given to the Disabled Veterans in Junction City, KS. Memorials may be sent in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, Box 429, Chapman, KS 67431.
