T. E. RYALS was born in 1863. He was admitted to the bar in 1888. He graduated from Mercer University. He received legal education from Mercer University and the University of Virginia. City Court Solicitor, 1889. Member State Legislature, 1907-1908. Member of the American Academy of Political and Social Science. Trustee, Mercer University. Member of the Kappa Alpha fraternity. Member of the Macon, Georgia State, and American Bar Associations. The Ryals Law Building at Mercer University was named for him at a dedication held on April 5, 1946, and his picture hangs in the lobby.
