Betty Sue Flynn, age 89, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2022, in her home surrounded by family.

She was a devoted member of the Church of God and worked over 35 years at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Accounting.

She is preceded in death by her father, Chesley B. Fowler; her mother, Gladys Fowler; and her husband, B. Jack Flynn. She is survived by sister, Dolores Flynn; niece, Susan Williamson (Mark); grand-nieces, Chelsea Barnwell (Eric) and Lori Sergent; great-grands, Titus Sergent, Bailey Barnwell, Layla Sergent, and Taylor Barnwell; and several other loving family members. Special thanks to Ashley Nelson (Amedisys Hospice) for her exceptional care.

The family will recevie friends from 5:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Arrowhead Church of God of Prophecy, : 3113 W Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920

Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for graveside services.
