Kerry Max Nichols, 15, son of Ned Nichols of Seminole and Cora Ann (Craven) Nichols of Pampa, died March 21, 1976 at the Lubbock State School. He had been a patient there for about 5 years.
He was survived by his parents, a sister (Kelly Berry, Seminole), his paternal grandparents (Mr. & Mrs. J.D. Cravens, Matador) and maternal grandparents (Mr. & Mrs. E.J. Nichols, Dickens).
Services were held Tuesday, March 23, 1976. Arrangements were under the direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Matador.
