Doris Elizabeth Webb Glenn, born May 23, 1928 to Elbert and Esther Webb, entered eternal rest on October 4, 2016 at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital. A longtime member of Payne Avenue Baptist Church. She retired from Hess' Distribution Center (formerly Millers).

Preceded in death by her husband, Earl Glenn, Sr.; and children, Earl Jr., George, Kenneth, Joann and Esther Glenn; and granddaughter, Stacey Norries. Survived by children, Larry (Wendy), Robert (Vanessa), Wayne, Ronald and Jane Glenn; 10 grandchildren, Eric, Jr., Jimmy (Melissa), Robert Jr., Angelisa (William), Aleshia, Talia, Jamonica, Natasha, Lavese and Kendriah; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Janie) Webb of San Diego, CA; niece, Deborah Bailey; and a host of other relatives and friends. Special thank you to DCI Martin Mill Pike, Farragut Family Practice, Holston Health Care Center and UT Home Health.

Thursday, October 13, 2016, the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. with a funeral to follow at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church 3023 Selma Avenue. Reverend Ben Hemphill officiating.
