Ricky Lee Hughes, 57, of Chattanooga, TN passed away Thursday, October 13 while sleeping.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gus Edward and DoraBell Watts Hughes, and his sisters Charlene Stoker, Linda Gilley, and Kathy Hughes.
He is survived by his wife Lisa Whittaker of Chattanooga, his daughters Jessica Hughes of Rome and LeeAnn Ballew of Lafayette, his son Justin Hughes of Fort Walden Beach, FL, his brothers Buddy Hughes, Terry Hughes, and Tony Hughes of Lafayette, and nieces Shea and Misty as well as several other nieces and nephews.
In regards to a memorial service, we'd like to ask you to honor Ricky's memory by an act of kindness. He had a heart of gold, and imagine the difference we could all make by feeding the homeless a meal, donating to a local food bank, showing compassion to the forgotten, and loving each other unconditionally, in memory of Ricky.

Gravesite Details
Ricky was cremated not buried but some of his ashes as to be sprinkled on his parents grave who are in the Lafayette Cemetery. The rest shall be in the care of his daughter, Jessica
